The feeling I immediately feel before coming to therapy is a sense of anxiety, but at the same time comforted knowing I will walk out of my session feeling refreshed and on a better foot. I have to push myself to talk about what is causing the anxiety to create resolutions.
Immediately after leaving my session I feel extremely relaxed, refreshed and inspired. I usually leave wanting to pursue something positive or engage in an activity that usually I am held back from when I am having anxiety
