Using CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), I am trained to challenge limiting beliefs (beliefs and thoughts that hold you back) and change negative self talk to more positive, helping you better understand yourself, improve your relationships and achieve your goals. My focus is to educate the client, utilize their strengths and provide proven techniques to overcome obstacles in the way of your success and fulfillment.
